Service Frequency

• 4 servicing sessions per year (once every 3 months)

• Planned preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and costly repairs

Scope of Service (Each Visit)

• Full inspection and servicing of all fan coil units

• Cleaning of air filters, front panel, and outer casing

• Cleaning of evaporator coil, blower, and drainage tray

• Vacuuming and flushing of drainage pipe to prevent water leakage

• Checking of refrigerant pressure (suction & discharge)

• Inspection of electrical components and safety circuits

• Tightening of loose connections, bolts, and fittings

• Checking for refrigerant leaks (repair works not included)

• System performance testing after servicing
